Finding the right orthotic or brace starts with understanding your body, your activity and the type of support you need. At Momentum SportMed, we provide custom foot orthotics, custom and off-the-shelf bracing, and medical compression garments with professional assessment, measurement and fitting.
Options include 3D-scanned custom orthotics, orthopedic bracing and medical compression for sport, injury recovery and post-operative care.

Assessment and fitting help match orthotics, bracing or compression to your condition and activity.
CUSTOM FOOT ORTHOTICS
Our custom foot orthotics are individually made following an assessment with Certified Pedorthist Janice Laberge, C. Ped (C). A modern 3D scanning process using an iPad captures the information needed for fabrication, with the orthotics selected and designed around your foot mechanics, footwear, activity and individual needs.
OFF-THE-SHELF BRACING
Not every situation requires a custom brace. We offer a broad range of orthopedic braces for the upper and lower extremities, including the knee, ankle, foot, wrist, hand, elbow and shoulder, as well as back supports. Proper measurement and fitting help determine the appropriate size, style and level of support.
CUSTOM BRACING
When an off-the-shelf option isn't appropriate, custom bracing may provide a more individualized solution. The type of brace required depends on the joint involved, your condition, activity demands and the level of support required.
SPORT, INJURY & POST-OPERATIVE BRACING
Bracing can provide additional support during sport and training, following an injury, during return to activity, or after surgery when recommended as part of your post-operative care. For active individuals, bracing may also form part of an injury-prevention strategy when appropriate.
MEDICAL COMPRESSION GARMENTS
We provide medical compression garments for a range of needs, including swelling and lymphatic management. For individuals with lymphedema or other lymphatic concerns, compression may also form part of Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) under the care of our Certified Lymphedema Decongestive Therapist.
QUALITY ORTHOPEDIC & COMPRESSION PRODUCTS
We work with established orthopedic and medical compression brands including Bauerfeind, medi Canada and POP (Professional Orthopedic Products), giving us access to a broad selection of bracing and compression options.
